Link-O-Rama

I don't have too much to report.  I'm waiting on the cover art for GUARDING THE HEALER, and hopefully it will be available by the end of the month.  I've been tossing around the idea of releasing a collection of short stories, and I'm trying my hand at designing my own cover.  We'll see how that goes.

So, since I'm a dry riverbed of news, I thought I'd post about what's going on elsewhere.

Jennifer Brozek announced the TOC for THE BEAST WITHIN 2.  Check out her post here.  It should be good.  Jennifer is a great editor -- even if she did reject the story I submitted (smile and a wink).

Nathan Bransford talks about the dangers of responding to a bad review, and how when the mob gathers, nothing good can come from it.

Chris F. Holm's short story collection, 8 POUNDS, has been nominated for a Spinetingler Award.  Here's hoping he wins, and wins several more.

Barry Napier has recently released a collection of short stories of his own.  It's titled 13 BROKEN NIGHTLIGHTS, and is a bargain at $.99.  Go buy a copy or four.

Joe Konrath recently ran a promotion for his book ORIGIN, stating that if it broke into the Kindle Top 100, then he would donate $500 to First Book, which he did.  Now he has a new deal.  He also had a follow up conversation with Barry Eisler about . . . well, a lot of things.  Check it out here, but if you do, clear some time in your schedule.

That's all for now.  Hopefully I'll have some cover art for you to check out real soon.
